Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping on all our products. Our standard shipping times are:

• • Domestic (Pakistan): 3-5 business days
• • International: 7-14 business days

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
